The arithmetic
Vagaro for one calendar, for a year at the standard price:
12×$30.00=$360.00
Morningside’s booking page is free for the same year. If the first-6-months rate applies to you, a first year is six months at $23.99 and six at $30.00, or $323.94.
Vagaro lists each added bookable calendar at $10.00. Read as a monthly charge like the base price, two added calendars make it $50.00 a month, or $600.00 a year. Morningside is free for a small team of up to 10 people, each with their own calendar.
Card fees, as an example: $2,000 taken across 40 payments is under $4,000 a month, so it costs $56.00 by dip or tap and $77.60 keyed in. Tap to Pay adds 6¢ a payment, $2.40 on those 40.
A bigger month, as an example: $6,000 across 120 payments is over $4,000, so dip or tap costs $160.20 plus the $10.00 monthly charge, $170.20 in all. Those inputs are made up to show the math. Use your own totals.
Morningside never takes payments, deposits or cards, so it has no processing fee of its own. If you take card payments, the processor you choose still charges its rate. Morningside is the booking link and the text that helps a no-show rebook.
