Templates by trade

No-show policies and reminder texts, written for your kind of work.

A long braid install and a quick cut don’t need the same policy, and they don’t need the same reminder. Pick your trade. Each page has a policy you can paste, the message that tells your regulars, the reminder texts and when to send them, and a calculator for your own numbers.

How these pages work

Every template is written in your voice, to your own clients, so it reads like a person and not a contract. The notice windows are starting points. The prices in the calculators are examples you change to your own, and the math is plain multiplication, not a statistic about your trade.

Want to tune the tone or download the policy as an image? Use the no-show policy generator. Wondering what the research really says about reminder texts? Read the honest version. Comparing booking apps? See the comparisons.

Morningside is the booking page behind these templates: clients confirm by text, and when someone misses you tap once to send a rebook link. Get your booking link.
