I’m Nate Taylor.I build Morningside.
Morningside is one person: me. I build it for people who work by appointment.
What Morningside is
A booking page for pros who book their own clients — barbers, lash techs, tattoo artists, groomers, trainers.
- One link for your bio
- Clients pick a service, a day and a time from your page. Nothing to download.
- A text after a no-show
- Mark the no-show and Morningside texts them a link to pick a new time.
- Free to start, no commission
- The booking page is free. No cut of your bookings, and no marketplace listing you next to the pro down the street.
Why I built it
Most solo pros I looked at run their whole book out of DMs, texts and a notes app. It works until someone doesn’t show. Then the slot is just gone, and the only way to get that client back is to chase them, one message at a time, between appointments. The apps built to fix that mostly want a cut of your bookings, or a spot for you in their marketplace next to everyone you compete with. I wanted something smaller: one link for your bio, a text that goes out when someone no-shows, and a flat price you can check the math on. That’s Morningside.
